We had the pleasure of working with Super Bowl Quarterback Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers and XAM Sports this weekend for Grammy week in Los Angeles.
Colin was in Southern California for the Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards. What better way to introduce him to Hollywood and connect him to his love for music than through the Grammys. First, he attended The Recording Academy’s Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry’s Time Is Music Benefit hosted by John Legend. He received a special edition of Gucci’s timepiece designed exclusively for this year’s Grammy Awards.
He concluded the night before the Grammy Awards by attending the music industry’s hottest party, the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. He received a personal invitation from Clive Davis and was an honorable mention from the night’s program. The event included performances by Jennifer Hudson, Gladys Knight, The Lumineers, Miguel, and Usher.
Other attendees included Mary J. Blige, Alice Cooper, Miley Cyrus, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Johnny Depp, Foo Fighters, Jordin Sparks, Kathy Griffin, Melanie Griffith, David Guetta, Magic Johnson, Quincy Jones, John Legend, Ryan Lochte, Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars, John Mayer, Missy Elliott, Ne-Yo, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Katy Perry, Joan Rivers, Jill Scott, Ryan Seacrest, Gene Simmons, Jordin Sparks, Sting, Sly Stone, Tracey Ullman, Diane Warren and Pharrell Williams.
